Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty With Laser Resurfacing
Amazing! Drooping eyelids (ptosis) was bothering her vision and the lower eyelid bags were making her look tired when she wasn't. We performed bilateral upper eyelid ptosis repair which opened the eyes to improve her vision and brighten her appearance. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty removed sagging excess upper eyelid skin. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty with laser resurfacing removed the bags and smoothed the skin. Further improvement could be achieved with a brow lift which would lighten the eyelids even more.

This beautiful patient reports feeling like she's had darkness and hollowing under her eyes for as long as she can remember, making her feel like she looks tired when she's not. We did a fat transposition transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty to move the small amount of puffy lower eyelid fat she had into the area of hollowing and darkness to bring light and brightness to her under eye area. At 1 month after surgery, she still has some very mild swelling but is looking amazing and thrilled with her result.
